Understanding is obtained through the Perfect Guru.

This month’s Theme

“Reflecting on Internal and External Transformation”

May’s theme of the month focuses on how students have transformed both internally and externally. The main focus will be on reflecting on all of the learning we have done this year in Gurmat classes. Students will have the opportunity to reflect back on the Core Values, Events, Topics, and Sikh personalities that were covered this year from September until now. Building a regular practice of reflection will strengthen students’ understanding of the concepts and topics that were covered this year, and will hopefully provide students the tools to see the growth that they made this year spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

“Reflection. Looking back so that the view looking forward is even clearer.”
