MISSION & BELIEFS
CONNECT TO YOUR TEACHER
We would like to wish happy holidays to all our students and parents. Thank you so much for all your support this year. This year has been very tough for all of us and may the new year bring happiness and prosperity in everyone’s life.
All students are reminded to do Simran/Mool Mantar/Baniya everyday in remembrance of the sacrifices made by the Chaar Sahibzadey, Mata Gujri Ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji and their beloved Sikhs. Also pray to Guru Sahib Ji to give farmers protesting in Delhi, fighting for their rights the strength and courage to remain strong.
A humble request to all our families to please stay home this holiday season to keep yourself and others safe. Please avoid gatherings. Nothing is more important than the safety of you and your loved ones. Please follow the guidelines shared by AHS and Dr. Hinshaw.
Winter Break for all grades is from Dec 21st to Jan 3rd. Online classes for all grades resume on Monday, Jan 4th. In-person classes for all grades will begin on Jan 11th. We will notify the parents if anything changes. Please stay in touch with us via Class Dojo/Google Classrooms.

In the month of December, we reflect upon the core values we learned this term (Self-Awareness, Gratitude and Humility) to see if we’re actually transforming/changing. We did various activities at school to learn/adopt each core value such as the giving tree activities in the month of September, Bucket filling in the month of October to express gratitude to others, and Naam Dhan Challenge in the month of November dedicated to Guru Nanak Maharaj Je’s Gurpurab. Now each and everyone of us need to reflect to see if we have actually adopted what we learned from the activities done over the last months in our daily lives. That is what true transformation is; implementing what we are learning in our day to day life.
